Activity log
An add-only record of every sensitive action in the network. Notice what is missing: no names, ever. Each action is recorded by token and type.
In production this log is hash-chained and cryptographically committed, so anyone can verify
that no entry was changed or deleted after the fact.
In this prototype it is a simple JSON file — same structure, simpler integrity.
